The Digital Learning Symposium is Western Canada’s foremost gathering for digital educators, uniting participants from BC, across Canada, and internationally. Designed to celebrate connection and collaboration, the event welcomes K–12 and post-secondary educators, leaders, and partners to share ideas and build lasting relationships.
The program includes a mix of hands-on workshops, guided discussions, panels, research sessions, and general presentations covering current trends, tools, and best practices in digital learning.

Educators, administrators, technology coordinators, curriculum developers, and researchers from K-12 and post-secondary institutions
Delegates are keen to learn about progressive technology integration and best practices serving the improvement of K-12 education, with a particular focus on digital learning environments
Delegates come from and serve in a variety of educational settings including strictly online environments, blended learning and traditional brick-and-mortar schools
Anticipated Attendance: 250 in-person delegates & 200+ online delegates
Sponsorship Impact
Sponsors can engage with delegates through presentations, exhibit space in high-traffic areas, and social events.
Logo placement and visibility opportunities are also available before, during, and after the symposium.
Sponsor/Exhibitor Spaces
Sponsor space in high-traffic areas outside the ballroom(s)
Exhibitor spaces are located outside breakout areas for maximum exposure.
Delegates pass through sponsor and exhibit areas between workshops, during meal and nutrition breaks, as well as during scheduled social activities.
Receptions
The symposium program includes two scheduled social receptions which provides you with the opportunity to build one-on-one relationships with delegates, fellow exhibitors and sponsors, and high-level decision makers. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming an official ‘Social’ sponsor as an add-on to your selected sponsorship level (below).

The main conference draw concludes the conference and motivates delegates to stay to the end of the event. Sponsors are required to provide a door prize of a value indicative of the sponsorship level. We request that you communicate your door prizes to Shannon by March 25, 2026.
Physical prizes are to be given directly to the winner at the conference or shipped by June 1, 2026.

Symposium organizers and exhibitors will be holding prize draws during the event. To ensure there is no perceived conflict of interest and to increase the value of attendance, draw prizes cannot be won by sponsors, exhibitors or event organizers.
All sponsors must provide a short company description (25 words max), attendee names and contact details, two logo formats (JPG and PNG), and a door prize valued according to sponsorship level.
You are urged to submit your application early. An invoice for the agreed sponsorship/exhibitor level will be issued. Full payment must be made within 30 days of invoice day and at least one month prior to the scheduled event to secure sponsorship and exhibit level. All payments must be in the form of a cheque.
